I need help figuring out how to pull in a formula into my current calculation and IF formula. The formula in the cell is currently is written as follows:

=IF(MAX(AJ13,AM13)=0,"",MAX(AJ13,AM13))

It is looking at the value in the two columns and the result is the higher amount.

What I am trying to accomplish is to subtract that result by 5% or 7% if the cell F13 contains particular text.

In essence:

If cell F13 = "A4H" then I want the the result to minus 5%, but if cell F13 = "TZZ" then I want it to minus 7%, otherwise I want it just calc as shown in the first formula above.

Is this even possible? I have been struggling on this for days. :(

Waterfall charts in Excel?
Office 365 customers have access to Waterfall charts since late 2016. They were added to Excel 2019.
You could try something like this
Excel Formula:
=LET(a,MAX(AJ13,AM13),IF(a=0,"",IF(F13="A4H",0.95*a,IF(F13="TZZ",0.93*a,a))))
