Comma delimit?

I've looked through the threads and haven't found anything helpful on this...

I have an Access table and need to delimit a column by comma and space. For example, one of the fields is "Full Name" and may be occupied by "Smith, John A." What I would like to do is make that into three columns "First Name" "Last Name" and "MI."

Any thoughts on how this may be accomplished?

Thanks in advance!!!

Thanks Alan. I could use examples like that if names were a fixed length. Unfortunately, they're not. :(
