I'm trying to get custom command bar to show up as last tool bar at top and then all the way to the left.

It ends up about .25" from left side of window.
Set cb = Application.CommandBars.Add(My_CB_Name, , False, True)
With cb
.Position = 1
.RowIndex = msoBarRowLast
.Protection = msoBarNoCustomize
.Left = 0
End With

Not everything I do at work revolves around Excel. Only the fun parts.
Shows up just like you wanted for me ???

Don't forget to make it visible.

Strange,

Is it aligned left with the Window Menu Bar, Standard and Formatting bar?

On my machine it keeps lining up about a quarter inch to the right, or in line with the right portion of the row headings???

Is there any other procedure to force it farther left??
