Hi,
I'm looking to get a command button to highlight a cell on another page green with the text Pass in it.
So my command button is on sheet 3 (DEP01) and the cell I want to highlight green with the text in is C3 on sheet 1 (INDEX)
I've managed to highlight C3 and get text (seperately not together) but just not on the other sheet.

Excel Facts

Lock one reference in a formula
Need 1 part of a formula to always point to the same range? use $ signs: $V$2:$Z$99 will always point to V2:Z99, even after copying
Qualify the sheet before the range e.g.

VBA Code:
Private Sub CommandButton1_Click()
    Sheets("INDEX").Range("C3").Font.Color = vbGreen
End Sub

And then if I wanted to use the Macro to change the text to Pass?
