Command Buttons that execute other command buttons

I have a worksheet I have created a command button that execute the codes to pull data from other worksheets in the same workbook to this worksheet.
Before pulling those data it is necessary that the other worksheets are updated. In these other worksheets is a command button that are also pulling data from other worksheets from other workbooks. I need to make sure everything is of the latest information.

Something like this (can use the Sub commandbutton_click () name instead of "test") :-

Application.Run "Book1.xls!test"
