Is there a way to have the comments box automatically move as you scroll down or across a sheet?

Comments box are linked to and therefore fixed to the cell they are entered in, so if you scroll away from that cell, you scroll away from that comment box.

So, could I enter text in cells and have the cells move in someway so they are always visible? I know this sounds ridiculous but with excel I feel it's always worth a punt to ask.
