Como mandar parametros en OnAction

Tengo un problema estoy creando objetos dropdown a lo largo de una pagina y los posiciono a lo largo de celdas poniendoles el nombre de la celda donde se encuentran, es decir al objeto drop down que esta sobre la celda F5 le pongo por nombre "F5", pero tengo un problema necesito mandar un parametro, de preferencia el nombre ya que cuando se elige un nuevo elemento necesito tener el nombre para poder ejecutar la macro relacionada en el OnAction, por favor agradeceria mucho que me ayudaran
