comparative pivot table

Hi Guys,

I'm making a table using the pivot table, the default set up for this is the summation of the number of columns at the far right, is there any way i can insert a column that will compute the difference between columns? like if I have column A & B, month to month, if I wanted to make a month to month variance analysis, how will I show the difference between the 2 columns instead?
