compare 2 dates by 3 working days

date in cell A1: DD/MM/YY
date in cell B1: DD/mm/YY

if cell B1 is greater than cell A1 by 3 working days. formula will show "exceeded", if within 3 working days, "ok"

To sort left-to-right, use the Sort dialog box. Click Options. Choose "Sort left to right"
Try:

= IF ( A1 + 3 < B1 , " EXCEED " , " OK " )

Remove relevant spaces, having issues posting
