Compare 2 Excel files

Hi,

I need to compare 2 files, with respect to particular column.

WB 1

Code Customer Order no Date Inv no. Item
2102 ARVI 20125 02/07/2011 CARD
1102 NAVI 10125 02/07/2011 20122 MOBILE

WB 2
1102 NAVI 10125 02/07/2011 20122 MOBILE
1235 RAJ 45875 3/02/2011 CARD

Result
2102 ARVI 20125 02/07/2011 CARD
(Value in column "C" compared and 20125 not found in WB2 ,so that entire Row selected)

Result may come in New sheet in WB1 or in different work book.

Do you need this in macro, or a one time thing? because if its the latter, try this tool:

simply drag the 2 excel files in, and click 'compare'. it will show you all the differences
