Compare A Column And Allocate Percentages

Could anyone help me please with writing code for the following:

i) automatically compare a column of numbers and identify the largest value
ii) assign that largest value 100% and assign all other values the relative smaller percentage compared to the largest value
iii) automatically array the values top to bottom, largest to smallest

Cell Formulas
Range	Formula
B1	=LARGE($A$1:$A$17,ROW(A1))
C2	=B2/$B$1
