I am trying to get a list of people that change both Job and Class. I have a table that looks like the following:
Employee - Job - Class - Change Date
1 - 27 - 5550 - 01/01/2010
1 -28 - 5550 - 05/27/2010
2 -37 - 1230 - 02/01/2010
2 -37 - 1110 - 03/11/2010
2 - 15 - 1110 - 04/21/2010
3 - 09 - 5550 - 12/01/2010
4 - 15 - 5550 - 01/05/2010
4 - 52 - 1110 - 08/22/2010
Now, here's my logic.
Employee 1 would not be included because his class did not change
Employee 2 would not be included (this is tricky). When his class changed, his job stayed the same. When his job changed, his class stayed the same. So, because his class and job did not change together, he is not included.
Employee 3 would not be included because there is nothing to compare it to
Employee 4 WOULD be included, because her job and class both changed.
Any suggestions would be great! Thanks!
