Compare multiple cells

Hi,

need assistance with comparing 5 cells and show if its true or false.

example is:

d2:h2 has all 8am as the time, need a formula to show that it is true and if there is a different schedule that it would show false.

Excel Facts

i tried it but it gives me an error, i tried to convert it to timevalue but still giving me the value error

i did notice that the value changed when i copy to xl2bb
