Hello all,

my head hurts from beating it against a rock.

need to VBA code to compare 2 sets of cells to if the are Both empty or Both filled.

example: I need to return True is both cells within a set are the same State.

Example of TRUE Condition:

A1 and B1 are (Both Empty or Both Populated) AND D1 & E1 are (Both Empty or of Both Populated).

Tia,

Ross
