Compare two rows in column and return remaining value

I am using this in Sheet change events to work out last row in colum A
VBA Code:
lastrow = Sheet4.Cells(Sheet4.Rows.Count, "A").End(xlUp).Row

How do I do a compare rows in column A to B and then return what is remaining. Therefore if column A had 20 rows and column B had 5 the answer would be 15 rows
