How can I compare two worksheets with 25 columns, the unique fields in columns M, O, and P (clustered) with a varying number of rows?
Sheet1 - NewVersion
Sheet2 - OldVersion

There can be rows in the new version that are not in the old version and visa versa.
The values based on M-O-P need to be highlighted by cell.

I think I might need to write the results to a new sheet to record new and old rows?
Thank you.

Excel Facts

Which lookup functions find a value equal or greater than the lookup value?
MATCH uses -1 to find larger value (lookup table must be sorted ZA). XLOOKUP uses 1 to find values greater and does not need to be sorted.

MrExcel has a tool called “XL2BB” that lets you post samples of your data that will allow us to copy/paste it to our Excel spreadsheets, so we can work with the same copy of data that you are. Instructions on using this tool can be found here: XL2BB Add-in

Note that there is also a "Test Here” forum on this board. This is a place where you can test using this tool (or any other posting techniques that you want to test) before trying to use those tools in your actual posts.
