Compile error: ambiguous name detected vba

You can't have 2 Private Sub Worksheet_Change events on the same sheet.
That's why you are getting the error
Maybe this option

Private Sub Worksheet_Change(ByVal Target As Range)
Application.ScreenUpdating = False
If Range("G4").Value < Range("G3").Value Then
MsgBox "Congratulations!!! You Have Crossed Last Month's Commission Just Now"
End If
If Target.Address = "$c$4" Then GoTo DOM
