Need HELP!.

I have a user with a Windows 7 running Excel 2007. When a workbook is opened a Compile Error: Can't Find Project Or Library pops up. Any Idea on how to disable or correct this error?

Excel Facts

What is the fastest way to copy a formula?
If A2:A50000 contain data. Enter a formula in B2. Select B2. Double-click the Fill Handle and Excel will shoot the formula down to B50000.
In the VBE, do Tools > References. Look for a ticked reference (they are all at the top) that starts with MISSING and untick it.

I'm not on 7 at the moment, but I'd suggest posting the code.
It sounds like it's one of your VBA Reference Library Items that is not checked, causing the problem....as there are hundreds of them posting the code might assist in Identifying which one it is.
