Compile Error: Expected Expression

XAnswer=MsgBox(Prompt:="Employee Name Not Valid. Try Again?”,_
Buttons:=vbYesNo)

It highlights := and says expected expression but I have no idea how to fix it. I copy and pasted the code just like the other thirty people in class

That second double quote looks suspect to me.
Try:
