How to change case of text in Excel?
Use =UPPER() for upper case, =LOWER() for lower case, and =PROPER() for proper case. PROPER won't capitalize second c in Mccartney

you have some code either in an addin or attached to the sheet which is password protected, if it wasnt protected you would be given the opportunity to debug it.

Hey thanks for the reply.

This message appears only when Excel is opened. If we open files then this message does not appear. Any further help would be great.

so check your addins - a clue will be that it wont be editable in the VBA editor (will prompt you for a password)
