Compiling data in single excel sheet for 50 centers, 12 subjects & a 365 days

How to compile data in an excel sheet for the following data:

I have 50 centers & 12 subjects for satellite classes. I want to record attendance for whole year on daily basis but the problem is that I want that compile whole data on a single sheet. If data for whole year is not possible then please atleast let me know for a week time.

Please help me in doing the same.

If you have Excel 2007/2010, you easily put the days in the columns. Centers and subjects in the rows.

If not, maybe the centers in the columns, and the subjects and days in the rows.
