Complicated lookup -

I have a list of 520 consultants but I need to display those consultants alternating 5 times.

As you can see below consultant 1 alternates with consultant 2 five times before moving onto consultant 3 who alternates with consultant 4 and so on....any ideas how I can do this without having to copy and paste thousands of times ...please !?!

Works perfectly ......alarmingly it only took you a few mins to respond....I was working on it for 2 hours before giving up, please tell me you've had to do this before and that's how you knew the answer !?!?!?
