Hello

I want to create a spreadhseet to work out each workers different working hour based on the tart time and finish time entered with breaks included if there is any.
For example: Jon Doe working 6:30 - 10:30 with a break of 30 min.
I want to apply the code for each workers based on their names with a code of the lunch break, depending how long has that been.
I was thinking of the formula to exchange the data from another sheet, entering each workers code for each break. How can I make this simpler?

Excel Facts

Difference between two dates
Secret function! Use =DATEDIF(A2,B2,"Y")&" years"&=DATEDIF(A2,B2,"YM")&" months"&=DATEDIF(A2,B2,"MD")&" days"
You mean like each break has a code based on length, then maybe this:

Book1
ABCDEFGH
1NameStartBreak CodeEndTotalA0:30
2John Doe10:00 PMA1:00 AM2.50B1:00
3C1:30
