Hello fellow Excel people,

I want to concatenate several different cells with a line break and ==

For example:

Text
==
Text
==
Text
==

Some of the cells already contain formulas but I want the text value and not the formula to be copied. I want to be able to then copy and paste the final concatenated cell into a word document carrying across the line breaks and "==" line separators. I don't mind if this is accomplished by either a formula or VBA code.

I look forward to your suggestions 👍

Links? Where??
If Excel says you have links but you can't find them, go to Formulas, Name Manager. Look for old links to dead workbooks & delete.
How about
Excel Formula:
=SUBSTITUTE(TEXTJOIN("|==|",,B4:D5),"|",CHAR(10))
