Question:
I am looking to calculate on a row through a) condition formatting if a date of an item received is longer than 72 hours. I need the cell to go red if expired and from that data I need the outcome, which is b) to link that number to an overall spreadsheet and tallys if over 72 hours or 3 days. Basically a row on the overall to say received within 72 hours or NOT received in 72 hours. I hope this is clear and would appreciate any help.

Thanks

Excel Facts

Repeat Last Command
Pressing F4 adds dollar signs when editing a formula. When not editing, F4 repeats last command.
the cf bit's straightfoward in principle:

=(end-start)>(1/24)*72

...ubt not sure I get what you mean re the rest. can you take us through an example?
