CONDITION HELP ASAP!!

Hi Everyone

I need help in creating formula that would:

Select only dates that are in my given range .. My Cell A1 composes all the dates in 2006. I want to display only dates that I define lets say, 09/17/2006 to 09/30/2006 and another column shows numbers. I want it to show only numbers that are 120 and above....


I appreciate anybody's help on this...

do autofilter-custom frist with column A and then the column where numbers are parked.
if necessary copy filtered data somewhere.
