This does not work and I can not figure out why.

Cell A19 $50
Cell C19 =If(A19>1,"Sold",If(A19<1," ")

Thank you for your help.

Excel Facts

Move date out one month or year
Use =EDATE(A2,1) for one month later. Use EDATE(A2,12) for one year later.
VoG - I tried using that in Conditional Formating and it did not work?
I thought it should have worked in Conditional Formating and
I don't understand why it did not?
I know the formula you put down will work for a normal cell.
Thank you for your help.

I don't thinfk you would get the formula to work as you want in conditional formatting

one option would be to type SOLD in C19 an make the font white

then in coditional formatting the formula A19>0 and format font to black
