I have a spreadsheet with dates in columns B and E. Each row is different, and the dates represent an internal deadline and a client deadline.
What I am looking to do, and conditional formatting isn't cutting it right now, is to have each cell (B3 and E3, B4 and E4, etc..) look at the other corresponding cell, and put a green checkmark icon in the cell that has the earlier deadline, and a red "x" in the cell with the later deadline.
When I do a conditional format, it keeps looking at the first row.
Help!!!
