Conditional format cells

On sheet1 cell A27 - I need a formula that will look at cell B10(Sheet1) to see if that value equals a value in the range "Formulas" that is located on sheet2 range A2:A200. If there is a match I need the text "Fill out worksheet" to be displayed and to color the background yellow and make the font bold. Appreciate any help that is given!

With A27 selected

Home > ConditionalFormatting > New Rule > Use a formula to determine wich cells to format

insert this formula
=A27="Fill out worksheet"

Pick the format you want

Ok, Ok
