Looking for help with a conditional format to showing 'aging' of deliverables...

Cell K8 has a target due date (00/00/00 format). I would like to use conditional formatting to automatically turn the cell 'yellow' if the date is 1-30 days past the due date.

Any suggestions?
Thanks!
Erica

Assuming you actually mean
... if today's date is 1-30 days past the target due date.

Select cell K8
Format
Conditional formating
Cell value is
Between
=today()-1
and
=today()-30

This applies to Excel 2003.
Menu paths may be different in later versions of Excel but the general principle will still apply.
