Hi I'm having trouble trying to stop a conditional format from not formating a balnck cell
Formula in Cell that is being formated
=IF(LOOKUP($C$4,'Area'!$A$7:$A$30,'Area'!$X$7:$X$30)="","",LOOKUP($C$4,'Area'!$A$7:$A$30,'Area'!$X$7:$X$30))
Conditional Fomat formula
=AND(C27>=($D$27*1.26), NOT(ISBLANK(C27)))
My thought is the cell is never really blank....
