Dear All,

I have a workbook where I am using this formula =ABS(H5-E5)&IF(H5> E5," ↑",IF(H5< E5," ↓","")) in column K.

Now I want to use conditional format in that column.

The value which are less (generating using the above mentioned formula) will be formatted in a pattern & higher values will be in other pattern. Same "0" value remain same.

Please help providing the solution.

Assuming your data starts in row 5, select K5:K?? and apply Conditional Formatting with a formula of
=H5> E5 and apply one pattern
then set a second CF rule witha formula of
=H5< E5 and apply the second pattern.

If you need more detailed help, advise which Excel version you are using and what is the first row of data.
