conditional format in 2010

I just upgraded to excel 2010 and i am getting an error cannot reference unions intersection,ranges or array array etc,etc.here's the formala for the conditional formatting it check for duplicates in column f between a certain date the highlights the adjacent rows in column d to e starting from row 5. thanks
=IF(COUNTA(INDEX($F$5:$F$19,MATCH(99^99,$A$5:$A$19,1)):INDEX($F$5:$F$19,ROW()))>0,COUNTIF($F$5:$F$19,$F5)>1)
