Conditional Format Question

I want to format a cell with the word YES depending upon two other cells having a minimal value. For example: I want C7 to display the word YES in green letters if C5 is greater than 69% and C6 is greater than 100%. How do I do this in Excel 2007?

Try in C7

=IF(AND(C5>69%,C6>100%),"YES","")

Format C7 with a green font.
