Conditional Format Table

In Excel 2010, I have a table (format as table) of data. I wish to format all rows such that if column I = X and column J=Y then the background is blue. And that formatting needs to apply to every row of data in the table. How do I get the formatting to carry down to other rows?

Use this formula in CF
=AND($I2="X",$J2="Y")

pick a format

That is what I did. The issue I was having was how to make the format cover the entire table. What I did was in the "Applies to" box, I just entered "$K:$X" so that it covered all the cells in these columns. This seems to be working just fine.
