you can not attach a file here
you can use jeanie add in to display the excel sheet

most members will not look at files posted on share sites - some do
I tend to only look at dropbox, as i dont trust various file sharing sites

but try and explain what you actually want to do
i can not see that from the post

Yes, it is usually best if they are able to use those tools and post something right to thread itself, for the reasons you mentioned.
