Hi. Having a problem with colour bandings based on the day.

What i have is a list of dates in coloumn A eg

04/05/2010
04/05/2010
06/05/2010
10/05/2010
10/05/2010
10/05/2010

What i want to do is have all the 04/05/2010 one colour, 06/05/2010 another colour, 10/05/2010 another colour and so on. If found out how to band the list based on odd and even days but when the list doesnt have odd days between like the example above then there is no distinguishment between the different days. Any ideas?
