conditional formatting - add text

Hi

is it possible to conditional format a cell with highlight and text
i.e.

in cell A3:

if a2=1 i want it to highlight and add text "RGB" to cell A3
?

May be

Put formula in A3 as if(A2=1,"RGB","")

and then conditional format A3 as

if cell contain "RGB" then your format
