Hi, I have a summary worksheet and several other worksheets and what I would like to do is
On the summary sheet when a cell in a range on the associated worksheet has the words "all processes" in it the summary sheet cell changes to Blue in colour

Example Summary Sheet A3 no colour since no cell in Worksheet 3 Col L says "all processes"
Summary Sheet A3 gone blue since Worksheet 3 Cell L4 says "all processes"
Summary Sheet A3 remains blue since Worksheet 3 Cells L4 and L27 say "all processes"
Summary Sheet A3 returns to no colour once no cells in Worksheet 3 Col L say "all processes"

Thanks in advance

When did Power Query debut in Excel?
Although it was an add-in in Excel 2010 & Excel 2013, Power Query became a part of Excel in 2016, in Data, Get & Transform Data.
From your description, it sounds like you want this rule to apply only to one cell, Summary Sheet A3. You can add this conditional formatting rule as a formula:

Excel Formula:
=COUNTIF('Worksheet 3'!$L:$L, "all processes")>0
