Conditional Formatting Based on 2 Text Numbers in a Cell ??

Hello;

1) I have two (2) text numbers in each cell, separated by a fwd slash sign "/", with space before and after the sign.
For example, in cell C20, I have:
145 / 88

2) I'd like to apply Conditional Formatting to cell C20 such that:

IF the 1st text number is > 130
OR
IF the 2nd text number is > 80
THEN format the cell.

3) Can someone please advise on what the "Formula Is" in cell C20 would look like ??

=OR(--LEFT(C20,FIND(" ",C20))>130,--MID(C20,FIND("/",C20)+1,15)>80)
