I am attempting to do a conditional formatting of the cell that contains the date of the 3rd Friday of each month. I currently have 2 columns, one containing the date of the weekday of the current row and a column containing the symbol of the day of the week based on the value returned for the value of the first column (1 = M, 2 = T, etc). I want to color the 3rd friday of each month different from all of the other dates of the month. Any help here??
Thanks
Dean
