Conditional Formatting Based on Name Manager

I'm trying to have certain cells highlight based on peoples job titles. So, if I have CEO, COO, CFO, etc. in the name manager under "_BusinessOFF" if anyone with those titles comes up I want to have a specific background color come up but when I use the formula: =VLOOKUP($B7,_dashTab,2,FALSE)=_BusinessOFF it does nothing. I don't want to create multiple rules for each job title.

Unfortunately, CF rules only work with one unique format combo at a time. So if you want a different color for each unique value, then you will need a separate rule for each value/color.
