how to conditional formatting with condition like this:
Book1
MN
2Statusvalue
3Good1
4Excellent100
5Goodblank cell
6Good0
7Other100
Sheet1

note:
1. if status in col M3 down "Good or Excellent" and value in cell N3 down is >=0 ---->> so highlighted with red in cell M3 down
2. if status in col M3 down "Good or Excellent" but in col Value is no data (empty cell) ------>> do not highligted red in cell M3 down
3. if status excluded Good or Excellent ----->>> not highlighted anything

Excel Facts

How to change case of text in Excel?
Use =UPPER() for upper case, =LOWER() for lower case, and =PROPER() for proper case. PROPER won't capitalize second c in Mccartney
You're welcome & thanks for the feedback.
