conditional formatting for active cells

Hi there

Is it possible to apply conditional formatting only to used cells. For example if i add a next row it must automatically apply conditional formatting to the new row. Almost something in the line of finding the last row used and apply conditionall formatting over that section.
 

Excel Facts

Format cells as time
Select range and press Ctrl+Shift+2 to format cells as time. (Shift 2 is the @ sign).
Yes it is possible.
Create a table and set your conditional formatting.
Any data added to the table will be formatted as the cells above it.
