Conditional Formatting for Bar Charts 2010

I have just started using Excel 2010 from ver-2003 this week. WOW!

My question is this;
I had a request to vary the colors of the bars in a bar chart i.e., if the data is from 0-45 have the color of the bar be green. If the data for the bar is 46 or higher set the color to red.

How can I achieve this in 2010?
