Conditional Formatting for %

Hello community. First time posting one of these so I hope it makes sense.

I am trying to use conditional monitoring to highlight a percentage loss from the Minimum recorded thickness (shown in V5-V29) from the original thickness (shown in D5-D29. I want to highlight the following:
  • Any numbers that are below a certain percentage (-12.6% mill tolerance) colored in red.
  • Any numbers that are above a certain percentage (-12.5% mill tolerance) colored in green.
The original thickness changes constantly so I think i need a formula chich can be inputted into each spreadsheet.

How are you calculating the percentages? That is not shown in your sheet. When I run that on your numbers they are all in the +1-4% range. No negative percentages, so I must not understand what you are trying to calculate. I am calculating

(Min-Orig Thick)/Orig Thick
