I need a formula to highlight a cell if it is "overdue", please.

I'm tracking employee training records that need to be updated annually. I have a column (S) with the date it was last updated, then the next column (T) I have a formula that is =S5+365, to give me the next due date.
What would the formula be to highlight the cell in column T, if it is past due?

Excel Facts

Copy formula down without changing references
If you have =SUM(F2:F49) in F50; type Alt+' in F51 to copy =SUM(F2:F49) to F51, leaving the formula in edit mode. Change SUM to COUNT.
So, do you mean to check if the date in column T has passed?

If so, then try:
Excel Formula:
=$T2<TODAY()
