Conditional Formatting Formula

I'm working on a report that has hundreds of dates and I need to identify those dates that are 12 months or less from "Today". Creating a condition will help with this; I just need help with a simple conditional formatting formula that will change the font to red or fill in the cells in red, either way.... please advise...

No! when you are using an exact match, the VLOOKUP table can be in any order. Best-selling items at the top is actually the best.
Sort by date Sort by votes
How about
Excel Formula: 
=C2<=EDATE(TODAY(),12)
