Conditional formatting from data on another tab

Hi.

I'm trying to conditionally format column A on a spreadsheet. It's a list of names. I want them to change colour if they match any of the names in Column A of a seperate tab. The seperate tab is called skills

Formula for Yesterday
Name Manager, New Name. Yesterday =TODAY()-1. OK. Then, use =YESTERDAY in any cell. Tomorrow could be =TODAY()+1.
