I have three cells that need to be updated by a large team. I need to keep track of the updates and unfortunately in sharepoint the tracking changes is wonky (yes that is a word). What I would like to do is add conditional formatting to say
If column B,C, or D, are changed then put todays date in column E. Is that possible?

Is there a shortcut key for strikethrough?
Ctrl+S is used for Save. Ctrl+5 is used for Strikethrough. Why Ctrl+5? When you use hashmarks to count |||| is 4, strike through to mean 5.
Try this: right click the sheet tab, select View Code and paste in

Code:
Private Sub Worksheet_Change(ByVal Target As Range)
If Target.Column >= 2 And Target.Column <= 4 Then
    Application.EnableEvents = False
    Range("E" & Target.Row).Value = Date
    Application.EnableEvents = True
End If
End Sub
